Nos conditions d’annulation : La résiliation unilatérale du contrat par le Client l'oblige à acquitter une indemnité forfaitaire irréductible s'élevant comme suit : • Plus de 30 jours avant la manifestation : Montant de l’acompte • Entre le 29ème et 20ème jour avant la manifestation : 60% du montant prévisionnel TTC de la manifestation • Entre le 19ème et 10ème jour avant la manifestation : 75% du montant prévisionnel TTC de la manifestation • Entre le 9ème et 3ème jour avant la manifestation : 95% du montant prévisionnel TTC de la manifestation • Moins de 3 jours avant la manifestation : 100% du montant prévisionnel TTC de la manifestation En tout état de cause les acomptes versés par le CLIENT resteront acquis à DUCASSE SUR SEINE.
